Devotion to the Holy Mother

Love for the Holy Mother is the best form of selfless love and is intoxicating . Mother does what is best for you .  She never puts you in trouble , but creates tricky situation for fun and to train you .  Never lose faith in the Mother .  Cling to her and enjoy every moment in this world.  Even if you fall in your prayers , keep trying as she loves all who try to reach her .  She will extend her hand to bail you out even if you fall down . Temptations run away , the way thieves run away if there is light in the room .

Good Practices ... 1

MEDITATION  Junction of dawn and dusk  Hour before sunrise  Dead at night even inside a mosquito net At this time nature is still , peaceful and solemn  At these times breathing is done through both nostrils , else we are tense and breathe through only one   DULLNESS AND MONOTONY  Seek Holy Company - their spirit and divine mood gets transmitted Get involved in discussions  Read religious books - Gita / Kathamrita / Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda  Hear religious talks on YouTube ---- Swami Anubhavananada , Swami Sarvapriyananda , Swami Ishatmananda  HOW TO SEE GOD DURING MEDITATION  Have the picture at the centre of your heart  If you cannot observe the picture/image  of God in front of yourself  Apply all the strength of your mind towards God so that it doesnt get scattered and you will achieve whatever you would want in life   See God in all beings  After 2-3 years of regular meditation and hard work one can slowly start feeling joyful and different . Nothing comes free of cost

Happiness through Self

Indiscriminate contact with sense objects involve a lot of pain and strain while yielding little or no happiness. True happiness does not lie in the world outside. It is found in the Self within through mental detachment from the world. The process of finding mental happiness within one's own Self may be difficult and slow but it cannot be found anywhere else.
